To change or update location of Quickbooks Company File, first open your QB Secure Application.

Step 1: Click on the Gear Icon to the right of the file in the list.

Step 2 : Next you will be shown a window where you need to click on Change File Location.

Step 3 : In the next step you will be shown a window where you have to choose the location of your company file. Once you have selected the company file location you need to click Save Changes
